V-Athletic strength & Performance is focused on strength and conditioning requirements from junior to elite athletes, necessary for optimal performance in their chosen sport.
With over 20 years experience, programs and training are planned and periodized depending on the specific sporting/activity needs. Programs are designed to incorporate all elements of necessary strength and conditioning training for optimal performance and injury management.
V-Athletic Strength & Performance covers a diverse range of sports from State to National and International level, including a high level Beach Volleyball Program, AFL Football, Rugby League, Track and Field, Weightlifting, Basketball, Tennis and more.
